Adams Mill Project Adams Mill Configuration and Lane Marking The Adams Mill Project is a streetscape improvement project which will include a final milling and overlay of the roadway (see diagram for the reconstruction phases*). The streetscape improvements have been designed to make marked safety improvements for all modes of transportation including vehicular and pedestrian traffic. This particular project will include upgrades to traffic signals, streetlights, curb, gutter, sidewalk widening, and landscaping, along with an improvement to the drainage facility.
