Traffic Alert for Immediate Release April 4, 2003 K Street Exit from Rock Creek Parkway to Close Temporarily The exit ramp from inbound Rock Creek Parkway to westbound K Street, NW, will be closed temporarily starting around April 14 until early August. Traffic will be detoured to eastbound Pennsylvania Avenue (before the K Street exit) to southbound 24th Street to westbound K Street. The closing is for the installation of new diversion sewers.
